Professional Event Space
Most of our events are outdoor in nature and take place in a prepared event space with covered conference infrastructure.
Thanks to the use of professional event infrastructure, it is possible to comfortably conduct conferences, business meetings, and industry events in an outdoor setting.
In the standard configuration, we provide seating for up to 140 participants.
For larger events, we remain flexible and can prepare infrastructure adapted to a greater number of attendees.
Event Catering Services
As part of event organization, we cooperate with experienced catering companies that provide food services tailored to the nature of the conference or business meeting.
Catering services are not included in the base event organization offer and are always prepared as a separate proposal by the catering company.
The cost of catering depends on:
- number of participants
- type of catering service
- event menu
- duration of the event
This approach allows for full customization of the catering offer to the organizer’s individual needs.
Event Pricing
The cost of organizing a conference, congress, or business meeting depends on the scope of services, number of participants, and the nature of the event.
Indicative pricing:
Conference / business meeting organization:
- weekdays (Monday–Thursday) – from 8,000 PLN
- Friday / Saturday – from 12,000 PLN
- Sunday – from 10,000 PLN
The above prices represent the base cost of event organization and do not include catering services.
Each event is priced individually based on detailed client requirements.
