ANTIQUE APARTMENTS REGULATIONS
SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
The regulations specify the subject and rules of service provision, the responsibilities of both parties, as well as the stay at Antique Apartments, and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation and/or payment of a deposit or the entire fee for the stay at Antique Apartments. By performing the actions mentioned above, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the Regulations. The regulations apply to all individuals staying at Antique Apartments. The regulations are available for inspection at the reception of Antique Apartments and on the website: www.aapt.pl
HOTEL DAY
The apartment is rented on a daily basis.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Guests staying in the apartments after 11:00 AM will be charged for an additional day.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to apartment availability, after prior contact with the Reception and confirmation of this possibility.
RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION
Guest accommodation is based on presenting an identity document with a photograph for each guest staying in the rented apartment at the Antique Apartments reception, and filling out and signing the registration card. Guest signing the registration card is equivalent to entering into an agreement for the provision of accommodation services and other services offered by Antique Apartments, as well as acknowledging and accepting the Antique Apartments Regulations. In the event of a refusal to present the guest's identity document, Antique Apartments has the right to refuse accommodation services and cancel the guest's reservation based on cancellation policies in force at the time of booking.
Antique Apartments reserves the right to collect fees for the entire stay upon check-in.
A deposit for any additional services or damages must be paid during check-in, in the form of pre-authorization on a credit card or in cash, equal to the amount of the first night's stay. The deposit is mandatory.
The guest may not transfer the apartment to other persons, even if the period for which the fee was paid has not expired.
Persons not registered at Antique Apartments can visit the apartment hospitably between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Antique Apartments may refuse to admit a guest who has flagrantly violated the Regulations during a previous stay, causing damage to Antique Apartments' property or guests, or harm to the guests' persons, Antique Apartments employees, or other persons staying at Antique Apartments, or otherwise disrupted the guests' stay or the functioning of Antique Apartments.
SERVICES
In the case of complaints about the quality of services, guests are asked to report them to the Antique Apartments reception as soon as possible, allowing Antique Apartments to react promptly.
Antique Apartments is obliged to provide:
A) conditions for full and unhindered guest relaxation
B) safety during the stay, including the safety of keeping guest information confidential. Each guest consents to the processing of personal data for registration purposes and placing guest data in the Antique Apartments database in accordance with the Act of October 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). The guest has the right to access and correct their personal data.
C) professional and courteous service in all services provided at Antique Apartments
D) apartment cleaning and necessary equipment repairs during the guest's absence, and in their presence only if the guest requests it
E) in the event of defects in the apartment that cannot be rectified, Antique Apartments will make every effort to change the apartment or otherwise mitigate inconveniences, to the extent of its capabilities.
Upon the guest's request, Antique Apartments provides the following services free of charge: A) Providing information related to the stay and travel
B) Ordering taxis, booking trips
C) Luggage storage; Antique Apartments may refuse to accept baggage storage at times other than the guest's stay dates and items not of a personal nature.
At the guest's request, staying at Antique Apartments with small children (0 to 3 years old) will include a free crib in the apartment. Antique Apartments will accommodate the request for a baby crib sunject to availibility.
The apartments are equipped with a safe. After the end of the stay, the safe door should be left open.
Antique Apartments accepts guests traveling with pets, with the guest bearing full responsibility for any damage caused by them. In public areas, animals must be kept on a leash.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Each time the guest leaves the room, they should check that the door is closed. Losing the key to the apartment incurs a fee of PLN 150.
Entrance doors should be closed when the guest is absent from the apartment. Antique Apartments is not responsible for personal items left in the apartments.
In the event of damage, the injured party should notify the Antique Apartments reception of the damage immediately upon discovery.
The guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of Antique Apartments' equipment and technical devices resulting from their fault or the fault of visiting persons. Antique Apartments reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card after departure for damages or in case there is a need for longer apartment cleaning.
Antique Apartments reserves the right to individually assess damages, depending on the work required to repair the damage. Additionally, if such circumstances arise, the guest will be charged the cost of withdrawing the room from sale, according to the price list on www.aapt.pl, for the time it takes to repair damages and cleanliness.
The guest is obliged to comply with the applicable laws of Polish law, especially regarding behavior in public spaces. The use of verbal or physical violence against other persons, including other guests and hotel employees, is prohibited on the premises of Antique Apartments. The use of words commonly considered offensive, as well as behavior that may be considered a violation of social coexistence principles and established customs, is prohibited, including aggressive, vulgar, and obscene behavior violating social principles and norms.
Children under the age of 12 at Antique Apartments should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians will be financially responsible for any damage to equipment and technical devices caused by children up to 18 years of age.
RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
Personal items left in the apartment will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at the guest's expense. In the absence of such instructions, Antique Apartments will store these items for 3 months. Due to their nature, food items and medicines will be stored for 24 hours.
NIGHT SILENCE
At Antique Apartments, silence is required from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day. The behavior of guests and persons using Antique Apartments' services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. Antique Apartments may refuse further services to a person who violates this rule.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
Smoking tobacco and tobacco products, as well as the use of any similar devices producing smoke, are strictly prohibited at Antique Apartments, except in designated areas. Violating this prohibition will result in a fine of PLN 500 for the guest, not excluding the guest being charged for the costs of all necessary activities to restore the Antique Apartments premises to their proper condition (such as ozone treatment, etc.). Moreover, if such circumstances arise, the guest will be charged the cost of withdrawing the room from sale according to the price list on www.aapt.pl.
Illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, explosives, or illuminating materials cannot be stored at Antique Apartments.
Waste separation is mandatory at Antique Apartments. Waste containers are located in the courtyard, where all waste can be disposed of. Please do not leave trash in front of the apartment door after the end of the stay.
