Where are the apartments located?
The majority of our apartments are located near the main square in Krakow right in the heart of the city on the Szczepanski Square. There are, however, a few which are also located in other areas of the city. For the precise location of an apartment you please check the apartments individual descriptions or e-mail us.
Are the apartments pet friendly?
We are pet friendly and no extra charges apply. Additionally we will prepare for your pet a water bowl, special bedding & dog waste bags.
Do you ask guests to leave any security deposit ?
Antique Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit card in case of any damages for the amount equal of 100% payment for the first night. This is done upon the check-in. The security deposit is held in advance for incidentals or damages. It is refunded at the time of check out.
Where can I park my car?
All of the apartments owned by Antique Apartments are located in the paid parking zone - subzone A.
The subzones in which our apartments are located are: A1 (Szczepański Square, Gołębia St., Św. Tomasza St., Św. Krzyża St., Sławkowska St.), A2 (Studencka St., Michałowskiego St.) and A3 (Asnyka St., Dunajewskiego St.).
The A1 zone, located in the Old Town area, is completely car-free. Due to its location in the very center of the city, a stop at Szczepański Square is only possible for residents who have a special permit.
Our recommendation is to use the services of the car park located at Karmelicka St. 26, with whom we cooperate. It is a guarded car park, open 24 hours a day; reservation of places is not required. The cost of a full day (24h from the moment of entering the car park) is PLN 40, payable at the reception; otherwise, this price is not guaranteed. The fee can be paid during check-in or during the stay, but before leaving the car park for the first time after parking the vehicle.
The most convenient solution is to park the car in the parking lot in the first place and then pay for the service at the reception during check-in.

An hour long ticket in the A zone costs 6 PLN.

What makes these apartments so attractive?
Our apartments are very attractive for several reasons. Firstly they are large, very comfortable, fully furnished individual apartments. In each you will find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Secondly they are much larger than the average hotel room and offer all the comforts of a home. Thirdly they are located right in the heart of the city.
What are the apartments equipped with?
We try our best to ensure that you feel right at home in our apartments. That is why the apartments are equipped with TV’s (majority have satelite television) and a washing machine ( exept studio ). In the kitchen you will find a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a stove. Also in each apartment there is a hair drier, an iron and an ironing board for your convenience ( exept studio ). In each apartments there is also wireless internet in the building.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is by 11am. If you plan to leave at a later time, you may leave your luggage at our office on Szczepanski Square. Our reception desk is open 24/7.
Can you access the apartments by an elevator?
Only some of the apartments are accessible by elevator. Please check the individual description of the apartment to see if it is accessible by elevator or e-mail us. Generally majority of buildings in the old town in Krakow do not have elevators.
Are bed sheets and towels provided?
Yes. In addition if you stay with us longer than three days, we will change your towels and during stay longer 7 days we will change also bedsheets.
Are there additional cleaning costs for the apartment?
The one thing which is not included is the Local Tourist Tax. The fee to be paid upon arrival in addition to the price of the apartment is 1,60 PLN per person per night - other then that everything is included. If you stay with us for over three days there is a cleaning service provided. If you wish to have additional cleaning service, you may do so at an additional charge.
What are the conditions for a reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation you must make a pre-payment equivalent of 1 night. You may make a pre-payment through a money transfer or with a credit card.
How may I make a reservation?
There are two ways to make a reservation. You may reserve an apartment direcetly online, of if you are not sure you may email us the details of your trip (date or arrival, date of departure, number of guests and size of the apartment) and we will reply with proposals of availability.We will respond within a maximum of 12 hours. What is the price for the rental of the apartment?
The price for the apartment is based on a per unit price, NOT per person. The prices vary depending on the size of the apartment. We offer discounts for stays longer then seven days. If you split the cost between all persons sleeping in the apartment, it will definitely work out much cheaper than average cost of staying at any hotel.
Is there internet and a phone in the apartment?
All the apartments have wireless internet. None of the apartments have a telephone land line.
How far is it to the nearest taxi stand and a bus/tram stop?
From the Szczepanski Square where the majority of the apartments are located, the nearest taxi stand is 100 m away and the nearest bus/tram stops are 200 m away. For other apartments please see the individual description, but they are all located in the city center are very close to bus and tram stops.
What is the shortest and longest amount of time that I may rent an apartment for?
Our apartments are available for one night, a week, a month, and a year or longer. We adjust our services to accommodate your needs.
Are there any additional costs that I may incur?
Everything within the apartment is included in the price. Not included are parking fees. However we do reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless behaviour.
Do you provide transport to and from the airport or organize any trips around Krakow?
We do provide transportation to and from the airport. The cost varies depending on the amount of people and the airport (Krakow or Katowice). We also organize transport to locations like Wieliczka Salt Mine or Auschwitz.
